About Us
We carry out a comprehensive service on your Concept 2 rower at your premises. No call out charge, no minimum number of Ergs. The cost of the service for each machine will range between £45 - £85 depending on the parts used. We never fit parts that are not required. A service report for each machine will be provided showing all the work carried out and parts used.

Comprehensive Sevice and Inspection
Our service includes a pre and post service test row, monitor function test and firmware check, a thorough external and internal clean, check for wear of all components, clean and lubricate chain, lubricate bearings, remove, clean, inspect and adjust shock cord as necessary. Check all shock cord and chain pulleys and chain sprocket. The additional costs over the base service cost are as follows:
· Adjust position of seat rollers - £5
· Replace foot straps -£10
· Replace U bolt on handle - £5
· Replace monitor batteries - £5
· Update monitor firmware - £5
· Replace shock cord (bungee) if existing damaged - £10
We can also carry out a full mechanical refurbishment which includes all the above items plus replacement chain, sprocket, axle, bearings and seat rollers. This will be carried out in our workshop. A loan Erg will be provided while the work is being carried out. Cost £225.
